the location of the hotel was marvellous, to mountains. the staff was pleasant and helpful in managing every request.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center for the start of my camino. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. It was a short walk from the train station and right next to the old city and cathedral. This made it convenient for exploring the area before starting my journey.

The venue was clean and big size. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Exceptional customer care, parking on site. Not to mention fast wifi! Perfect, ideal location in Ourense, near to northern Spain, restaurants bars and the old city and restaurants.

Value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the best restaurants and city sights. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

Our stay at Francisco II was well worth the money. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, and the staff treated us with friendliness and efficiency. The location was perfect, being centrally located and safe.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

We go there often, and 100% recommend it to others. Wonderful hotel, it has excellent service, brilliant location very close to the centre. The breakfast is free and the staff is exceptional, friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom. The hotel bar was also a nice bonus. Parking was available at a reasonable cost, which was convenient. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did a great job. The dinner at the hotel was fantastic, with great quality and price. we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It was a great value and pleasant place. The triple room was well-kept and large with a lovely large bathroom, a good breakfast, for example.

Our room was huge and good-sized, available with a large bathroom, a massive bed, for instance. We were in a particularly good and unbeatable location at a medium distance from a gilded Santo Cristo chapel...

We stayed at this hotel for a night and it was brilliant. The location is great for walking into the town and it is very quick to get a cab to the train station to go to Santiago for the day. The staff went out of their way, especially 2 of the receptionists, to make our stay enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms. The towels and toiletries provided were of high quality. The dining experience was pleasant, with a continental breakfast available and a bar/lounge area for relaxing. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
